The Kent Toastmaster will consult with you on every aspect of your event and agree all necessary timings, procedures and set-piece moments with you.

This will include two meetings before the function. I am also available to attend the Wedding and Reception venues in advance of your special occasion if you wish. Your Wedding is one of the most important events of your life, and should be as stress free as possible, with this in mind, I am only a phone call away 24/7.

I will also advise you on etiquette, ceremonial precedence and correct forms of address.

The Kent Toastmasters duties include, but are not limited to, the following activities:

• Announcing your guests and presenting them to you
• Making all guests feel welcome
• Gaining silence and attention for grace, speeches and toasts
• Introducing artistes and entertainers
• Acting as an auctioneer, fundraiser or prize-caller and
• Liaising with banqueting staff, photographer, videographer and other vendors.
• Making special announcements on behalf of the Bride and Bridegroom.
